Alsbou Motors Auto Group — Standard Terms, Pricing & Regulatory Disclosures

*PRICING DISCLAIMER: Total price does not include taxes, license, registration, finance charges, or other government-required charges. Add-on products and services are optional, not required, and you can purchase or lease the vehicle without the add-on. Some incentives cannot be combined with special finance or lease offers, unless otherwise specified. All vehicles are subject to prior sale. If you purchased or leased a used vehicle for $50,000 or less, California law provides a 3-day right to cancel. Additional restrictions may apply, including a restocking fee. Ask the dealer for details.

*Dealer-Installed Accessories & Optional Products: Prices advertised online and in showroom displays do not automatically incorporate pre-installed or optional dealer accessories unless explicitly noted. Depending on the specific vehicle, optional or installed packages may include:

• CRS Protection Package: $995

• Cilajet Ceramic Coating: $695

• Allstate Theft Reg: $495

These products and services are strictly optional and are not required to purchase, finance, or lease any vehicle. In accordance with consumer protection standards, no add-on product or service will be added to your transaction without your prior, explicit, and informed consent. Prices and availability of optional accessories are subject to change without prior notice.

*Financing & Payment Estimator Terms: Payment calculators and online financing estimates are provided for illustrative purposes only, are based on Tier 1 approved credit criteria, and do not constitute an offer of credit or a binding finance quote. Actual terms, down payments, interest rates (APR), and monthly payments will vary based on individual creditworthiness, loan term selections, lender terms, and financial history. Financing-contingent discounts or promotional rates are not baked into baseline cash offering prices unless explicitly qualified for by all buyers. We proudly work with credit unions nationwide and assist buyers across all credit tiers.

*Vehicle Description, Condition & Inventory Accuracy: Alsbou Motors Auto Group makes no representations, express or implied, to any actual or prospective purchaser or owner regarding the existence, ownership, accuracy, description, equipment, accessories, or mechanical condition of any listed vehicle. Vehicle specifications, features, and history reports (such as Carfax guarantees where applicable) must be verified independently by the purchaser prior to the completion of the sale. We expressly reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, description omissions, or pricing inaccuracies contained across our digital media channels, listings, or website pages.
